Abstract
Three - year old girl who applied to ophthalmology due to the complaint of bilateral exotropia and had bilateral giant ethmoid mucocele detected by CT scan was referred to our otolaryngology clinic. According to the patient’s medical history, she was followed up due to diagnosis of cystic fibrosis, a sweat test was conducted to confirm that the diagnosis was positive, and a N1303K mutation was identified based on a genetic test. Finally, endoscopic bilateral mucocele marsupialization was performed to the patient.

Özet
Bilateral ekzotropi şikayeti ile göz hastalıkları kliniğine başvuran ve BT ile bilateral dev etmoid mukoseli saptanan üç yaşındaki kız çocuğu kulak burun boğaz kliniğimize sevk edildi. Hastanın tıbbi geçmişine göre kistik fibroz tanısı ile takip edildiği, tanının pozitif olduğunu doğrulamak için ter testi yapıldığı ve genetik testle N1303K mutasyonu tespit edildiği öğrenildi. Son olarak hastaya endoskopik bilateral mukosel marsupiyalizasyonu yapıldı.
