A RARE CASE; ISOLATED MIDLINE DEFECT, SEPTOCOLUMELLAR DEVELOPMENTAL DISORDER

Abstract
Columella is an important aesthetic and functional unit that extends from the tip of the nose to the lip philtrum in the midline of the nose and divides the nasal passage into two, and isolated septocolumellar developmental disorder is very rare. Generally, the most common cause is congenital, trauma or infection-related damage. Patients apply with nasal deformity and aesthetic anxiety. Diagnosis is made by inspection. . Upper lip flap, forehead flap, internal nasal vestibular flap, nasolabial flap, nasal septal, auricular and costal cartilage grafts can be used in the treatment of columellar deformities. In this case, the treatment and follow-up of the septacolumellar problem that developed for an unknown reason was mentioned.

Özet
Kolumella burun orta hattında burun ucundan dudak filtrumuna kadar uzanan ve burun pasajını ikiye ayıran önemli bir estetik ve fonksiyonel ünitedir ve izole septokolumellar gelişim bozukluğu çok nadir gözlenmektedir.Genellikle en sık rastlanan nedeni konjenital, travma veya enfeksiyona bağlı hasarlanmasıdır. Hastalar burunda şekil bozukluğu,estetik kaygı ile başvururlar. Tanısı inspeksiyonla konur. . Kolumellar deformitelerin tedavisinde üst dudak flebi, alın flebi, internal nazal vestibüler flep, nazolabial flep, nazal septal,auricular ve kostal kıkırdak greftler kullanılabilir.Bu olguda da nedeni bilinmeyen şekilde gelişen septakolumellar problemin tedavi ve takibinden bahsedilmiştir.
